May 2025

We're back with a bang!

Save the date, Autumn Fringe is coming...

After 18 months of rescheduling, adapting, converting and postponing...Autumn Fringe is Happening!

We are delighted to confirm that there will be a live Fringe in 2021.

From Tuesday 2nd - Sunday 7th November we will be presenting our 20th Fringe festival, in actual theatres, with actual performers and audiences and we'd love you to be there!

We're very proud of everything we've achieved since the pandemic hit just before our 2020 festival, we quickly converted to an online event in May, and also created and presented Prague Fringe Reimagined (our new Czech live-streamed festival) in November. We then produced Prague Fringe Prologue in May this year, celebrating the incredible digital work which has been created during this hiatus of in-the-flesh theatre.
We're also grateful for the ongoing support from our audiences around the world, your donations to our Save the Fringe Fund have enabled us to keep going through this challenging period and also make conditions for our artists more favourable.

However, despite all of this, there is nothing quite like a 'real' Fringe, and we're so excited to be finally presenting our 20th live Fringe festival next month.

The Autumn Fringe will consist of a hand-picked selection of the incredible international performances we've been itching to share with you all since last year. We'll also be repeating our successful Fringe Reimagined concept, bringing some of the hottest new Czech theatre to our audiences via live performances and high-quality live streams.

We'll be announcing the programme from as early as next week so watch this space for more info coming very soon. In the meantime, get the dates 2nd - 7th November 2021 in your diary, and if you're reading this from abroad and are up for a visit to Prague in the beauty of autumn - get some flights booked now and come and celebrate our 20th edition with us!
